In case we haven't covered all your questions on our home page, here are answers to the most frequently asked questions from our clients.
Is it really unlimited support?
Yes it really is. We handle all task requests up to 30 minutes or less all day, everyday.
What's not included in unlimited site jobs?
Jobs that take over 30 minutes to complete are not included, for example custom development, design or coding. If you want more specific info about exclusions, drop us a line and we'll send you our Service Level Agreement.
How soon can you get started on my site?
Pretty much straight away. As soon as you sign our Service Level Agreement and make your first payment we'll begin work on your site. Of course, we'll need your logins and passwords too.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover sites which are still in the installation or development stage.
How does the support system work?
Whenever you have a task, question or need advice, simply send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. No need to login onto fancy ticketing software.
Our helpful Moodlin experts will respond within 6 hours to your request.
What happens if I need a back up of my site?
That's easy, you simply ask us for a copy by sending an email to email@example.com.
What happens if an update breaks my site or courses?
When we update your Moodle site, our team also monitors your site to make sure your site does not crash. Just in case this happens, we'll attempt to fix the problem first.
We will contact you if the update takes longer than normal and discuss the best ways to move forward.
How do I sign up?
Click on the Get Started buttons or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll send over a Service Level Agreement for you to review.
Once you're happy with the agreement, sign it and email it back to us. We'll send you a payment link for you to pay with a credit or debit card.
What information do I need to sign up?
When signing up, we will need to have your Moodle site's URL, your administration username and password.
We'll also need the name of your business, your address and contact details. Once we have these, we'll be in touch for access to your hosting server credentials.
How do I pay each month?
We'll send you recurring invoices which you can pay with a credit or debit card or via bank transfer on your monthly anniversary.
You can also choose to pay upfront for an annual subscription to receive one month free.
When can I cancel my account?
You can cancel your month to month account at any time by emailing us at email@example.com. We will cancel your account immediately.
Annual subscriptions can only be canceled after 12 months has passed.
